The 1st is that they can access the 6 types of regular Psychic Powers

The 2nd is that they can access to the 3 types of Psychic Powers that only Psykers from House
Delague can use

The 3rd is that because they are Licensed Psykers they have access to the 3 types of Psychic Powers
that only Psykers from House Delague without the downside they'd normally have of being

These each wear a explosive collar that at the push of A Button will explosively behead him or her
and anyone within 6 foot of A Slave whose explosive collar is detonated suffers the same damage as
A Krak Grenade and is set alight

A slightly less severe punishment is to use the explosive collar to cause its wearer to automatically go
out of action and you can use his or her injury but it must be 1 of those that he or she would get if
you rolled higher then A 16 and lower then A 61

Unlike the explosive collars that chaos space spaces fitted their slaves with in 1st edition Warhammer
40K these explosive collars can be individually detonated
