Instructions: Answer the questions below in the space provided. You can write in sentences or
bullet points.
1) Select one picture from the collage and explain why you’re grateful for it by sharing the
story behind it.
2) What would you like to say to these things or people in your collage?
Expressing gratitude without buying things can be done in various ways. One
way is through acts of service, such as helping someone with a task or
volunteering your time for a cause. For example, you could offer to babysit for
a friend, help a neighbor with yard work, or volunteer at a local charity.
Another way is through words of affirmation, such as writing a heartfelt thank-
you note or expressing your appreciation verbally. You could also show
gratitude by spending quality time with someone, whether it's having a
meaningful conversation, going for a walk together, or simply being present
and attentive. These gestures can convey your gratitude and make the
recipient feel valued and appreciated.
