Subject: Temporary Office Closure

I am writing to inform you that a water pipe burst in the


building overnight, causing water damage to several areas of
the office.
As a result, we have decided to temporarily close the office
until the necessary repairs can be completed, ensuring a
safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
The office will be closed for the next week starting from
Monday. During the office shutdown, we suggest that all
employees work from home if they can. Please talk to your
managers to make sure everything goes smoothly and to sort
out any work issues or problems that come up.
We'll send you regular updates through email and other
communication methods to keep you updated on the repair
progress and when the office will reopen. Make sure to check
your emails often for important messages or instructions.
