    SEQUENCE OF TASK POTENTIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES

     Brick work  Hand tools failure  Conduct TBT regarding to job.


     Physical injury  Use cut resistant gloves during work.
     Inhalation of dust  Thoroughly wash the exposed body parts with fresh water and
     Eye/face injury soap after the work.
     Slip, trip and fall hazard  Wear the job specific PPEs like goggles, gloves, safety shoes etc.
     Eye and skin irritation  Do not store debris at work site & follow proper
    housekeeping at work site.
     Proper safety training is required before start the work.
     Ensure that only skilled person should be operate power
    tools.
     Ensure that the engaged team must be wear proper PPEs during
    the work.
     The supervisor/engineer and safety person should be always
    present at site and instructed the worker.
     Refer the height JSA safe recommendation during height work.
