 Material lifted too high
 Before starting lifting operations check the chain pulley block
position.
 Proper capacity of chain pulley block must be used and safety
latch must be checked before installing.
 Check the physical condition of chain pulley block.
 Chain pulley block must be inspected by competent person and
put color code of the month.
 All rigging work done by competent person.
 Proper access to be provided work man to go for anchoring the
chain pulley block.
 Third party certificated chain block must be used and softener
must be provided while anchoring the chain pulley block on the
permanent structure.
 All persons to be made aware of danger through tool box talk
 Tag line to be attached to the load to prevent swinging
 Good housekeeping to be maintained.
 No one should stand under the load during lifting.
