Proposal: Orphanage Visit and Gift
Distribution Event at SOS Children’s Village
We are delighted to propose an event dedicated to spreading
love, joy, and support to the children of SOS Children’s
Village. Our aim is to create a memorable experience filled
with interaction, shared meals, and the distribution of gifts
and clothing to brighten the lives of these wonderful children.
Through this proposal, we outline a structured visit that
fosters connection and brings smiles to the faces of the
orphans.

Event Details:

Date and Time:

We propose the sacred month of Ramadan for the visit, with a

suggested time frame from its second to third week.

Location:

The event will take place at SOS Children’s Village, located at

Police Academy، sector H، 11, 1 AK Brohi Rd, opposite NUST
University, H 11/1 H-11, Islamabad, Islamabad Capital
Territory. We will coordinate with the orphanage staff to
ensure a warm and welcoming environment for both
volunteers and children.
Activities:

Interactive Sessions: We plan to organize interactive sessions

such as storytelling, games etc. These activities will
encourage engagement, laughter, and bonding between
volunteers and children.

Meal Sharing:

A hearty meal will be prepared and shared together,

providing an opportunity for volunteers and children to
connect over delicious food. This communal dining
experience fosters a sense of belonging and togetherness.

Gift and Clothing Distribution:

We intend to provide carefully selected gifts and clothing

items for each child, tailored to their age, gender, and needs.
These gifts and clothes aim to bring joy, warmth, and practical
support to their lives.

Volunteer Roles:

Volunteers will be assigned various roles such as activity

coordinators, meal organizers, gift and clothing distributors,
and general support. We encourage volunteers to bring
enthusiasm, compassion, and a willingness to connect with
the children.
Logistics and Support:

We will handle the logistics of transportation, meal

preparations, and procurement of gifts and clothing items.
Additionally, we will ensure adequate supervision and
assistance for both volunteers and children throughout the
event.

Any specific requests or guidelines from the orphanage staff

will be respected and accommodated to ensure the smooth
execution of the visit.

All in all, this proposed visit to SOS Children’s Village offers a

wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives
of the children through interaction, shared meals, and the
distribution of gifts and clothing. Together, we can create
moments of happiness and support that resonate long after
the event. We eagerly anticipate your support and
participation in making this event a meaningful and
memorable one for everyone involved.

Thank you for considering our proposal. We are enthusiastic

about collaborating with you to bring smiles to the faces of
these deserving children.
