Examine top shackle and check for distortion or wear (check also any wear PASS
between shackle pin and body casting lug) , Hang off point MPI’d

Examine complete body costing and check for crakes /impact damaged which PASS
may affect the workings of the block

Pull out the cable and check for Broken wire and corrosion (pay particular PASS
attention to the portion wire below the neoprene buffer as tend be moisture strap

Pull out the wire rope and check for the stuck and automatic return system is PASS
working properly , Braking mechanism function tested

Examine the thimble eye for the wire rope and swivel check for wear & distortion , PASS
Full length of wire inspected

Examine bottom hook wear/distortion and ensure safety latch engages properly PASS

Length of Wire Rope Sling :- 22 M

Diameter of Wire Rope Sling ;- 5 MM.

Next Inspection : After six months Color Code : YELLOW

Comments : ATTACHED IN MONKEY BOARD
