Extension sir Dr. Ravi Jagtap Sir, Mr, Manij Gurav Sir . DLLE Co-ordinator Mr. Mahesh
Dhaygude Sir and DLLE Unit for giving me this opportunity to be a part of DLLE and
PEC.

● My reason for joining Extension Work Activity:

Answer: I joined the extension work activity for personal skill development

and to contribute towards community development .

Answer: I came to know about Status of women in Society [SWS] from

our extension work teacher Dr. Ravi Jagtap sir ., Mr. Manoj Sir,. After

participation, various session were conducted in which training and other

information was provided . [SWS] helped me to understand more about the

community. It also helped me by developing my social skills by

communicating with other in the community. Under [SWS] , I participated

in various events under [SWS].

● Please write about the difficulties you faced while conducting activities.

Answer: Initially, I faced difficulty to communicate with others in the community

● How did you overcome the difficulties?

Answer: I overcame the difficulties by being more confident and by increasing my social
skills.

● Please write about your expectations from extension work activities.

Answer: My expectations from extension work activities was to developed

my social skills and acquire knowledge about community.

● Are your expectations fulfilled? Please brief.

Answer: Yes, my expectations were fulfilled. [SWS] exposed me to society

through various events which increased my social skills and communication

skills.

● What did you learn by Extension Activities? (gain / loss)

Answer: I learned about the working of small businesses due to the extension

activities. it also helped me to learn the problems, preferences and working of

the community.

● How will Extension Work help you to contribute to the Society?

Answer: Extension work contribute towards society by spreading awareness

about various social problems. It also encourage people to take steps in

development of the society.

● What is your suggestion?

Answer: My suggestion is to encourage more communication among members of [SWS].
