Note: There is no inconsistency with the drawing publication date and revision incorporating date

* "Items related the Difference in specifications" (Label with different destination, Presence or absenc
notches, etc.)
* What is s specification? The last two digits of the 3-5-2 digits of the part number.(-00、-10、-
and so on)
* Torque inspection"
When inspecting by retightening the tightening torque specified in the drawing, "inspection torque

Note: The inspection items described in the inspection standard are excerpts of the quality
characteristics required in the drawings, and the control method is clarified in the QC process chart et

* The number of inspections for Regulatory characteristic markings is based on YQS-RR0021, 0022,
0023.
* Special characteristics items are managed for each lot.
In particular, note that the number of sampling inspections for each lot differs depending on the Cp
(extracted from the related regulations below)

If lot-by-lot inspection is not possible due to destructive tests, etc., submit a "special characteristic
management exchange / change application" in advance and obtain our approval.

* If the number of inspection is all, clarify whether it is good or bad, such as "All are OK"
* Enter the inspection date of the delivery lot in the Christina era

* If the mold inspection data sample has been submitted to our parts acceptance inspection departme
before delivery of the parts, enter the date of submission.
Note) The mold inspection will always be "passed" by the time the raw sample is delivered
* N = 1 Specify whether or not to submit the typed inspection data in advance to supplement the
inspection data for all parts of the drawing.
Enter the date only if you have submitted the type inspection data, and if you do not submit it, it will
shaded.

* Enter the current registration status regarding IMDS information Registered: ○ Not registered: X
Note) Unregistered: In the case of ✕, the judgment result will be "Fail", so be sure to "Registered"
before delivering the parts.

The supplier circles the final judgment of the inspection result of the delivery lot, "Accepted" or
"Rejected".
Note) Lots that are judged to be unacceptable will be rejected for receiving inspection at customer, s
there are any issues, consult with the receiving inspection department of customer in advance.
