Tooling Tag system tracker Directions

1. Decide which category current Tool condition to be Ensure and Provide the Tag:
• RED TAG - Used when the mold must be repaire / Cleaning required other tool related issue must provide this tag and Correct the tool within time bound
• BLUE TAG - Used when the mold has repaired / cleaning completed it could be validated by tooling incharge and release to production run

• GREEN TAG - Used when the mold ready to pick-up with all check points are ensure and found ok / After production plan completed Drop with No
issues or has not reached maximum shot count.

2. Open the corresponding worksheet tab.

a. Enter the data whenever your provide the tag system, Red, Blue, Green the reason bhind details need to address in the
tracker has defined following sheet.

b. In Tag number must be provide and track _ Tag no followed in - 0001 it must be followed and traceability for no of tag used
and data history to be back-up
