ANNEXURE–I
Introduction
The proposed Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is of capacity 75 KLD. The Sewage Treatment Plant will be
made up of Civil/M.S. Modular structure. The Sewage will be collected in the Sewage collection tank.
From the collection tank, the sewage will be pumped to STP and Tertiary Treatment Plant and then it will
be discharged / reused in horticulture.

DESCRIPTION OF TREATMENT PROCESS
The raw sewage from its various source of generation shall be collected in Collection
cum Equalization Tank (EQT) through Screen chamber and O&G chamber.
From Equalization tank/Collection Tank, the raw sewage will be pumped to Aeration Tank.
In Aeration Tank, aerobic conditions will be maintained by fine bubble air/Course diffusion.
The raw effluent shall come in contact with MBBR Media, biomass; the impurities
(BOD/COD) present in the effluent shall be biologically oxidized.
Water from Aeration tank will be overflowed to Tube Settler Clarifier tank.
clear supernatant water shall be overflowed to Chlorine Contact tank.
The solid settled at the bottom of tube settler shall be circulated to Aeration tank to
maintain the required population of Bacteria. Sludge will be pumped to Filter press or
sludge drying bed.
Chlorination shall be done by dosing Sodium Hypo-chlorite solution for the dis-infection of
biologically treated effluent. The dis-infected treated effluent shall be passed through Media
Filter Consisting of Sand Media and Carbon for removal of residual suspended particles,
COD/BOD etc. After the filtration, the treated water will be discharged in drain/sewer/use
in horticulture and flushing.

SCOPE OF WORK FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND EXCLUSIONS
Our Scope Of Work
Supply, installation and aligning of all electrical and mechanical equipment as per scope
of Supply.
Supply and installation of interconnecting pipes, valves etc. (within battery limit of plants)
Alignment of all components
Commissioning and final testing of STP
Operation & Maintenance manual for STP
Schedule Of Exclusions
(Client Scope)
Piping up to collection tank & From STP to discharge in drain/sewer/Horticulture
All chemicals for dosing during operation of plant trial run.
Arrangement of Loading/Unloading of material at site and local conveyance.
Approach to site & storage for equipment during the erection work.
Piping and pumping beyond the Dual Media Filter outlet and before bar screen chamber
Continuous electric incoming supply with earthing to STP panel.
Power / Lighting / Water at the site of work on 24 hrs. basis during the erection work.
Lighting & ventilation in STP area.
Arrangement of excess Sludge disposal
Laboratory or plant room if required.
NOC from pollution control board at all levels and all other statutory clearance and
sanctions required for the implementation of the project.
All civil & structural works including waterproofing, plaster, snowcem, structure duly tested for
leak proofing, plant room flooring etc and related MS/CI works such as supply and fixing of
Puddle Flanges, Inserts, handrails, Manholes, Drain Channel Gratings, grills, Doors, vents,
footrests, lighting & Ventilation etc.
Lubricants, Oils and Grease.
Sufficient quantity of Sewage water to the system
Any other services/supply not clearly mentioned in our scope of supply.
ANNEXURE-VII
PRICE, COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
A. Option-1: Electro-Mechanical (For Civil Based Plant):
Rs. 13,25,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lac Twenty Five Thousand Only) for supply of Electromechanical
Part of civil Based Sewage treatment plant having capacity of 75 KLD As Per details mentioned in the
enclosed Annexures of the offer excluding Civil Work. Civil Will be in Client scope.
B. Option-2: Packaged/Prefabricated 75 KLD STP (MS FRP):
Rs. 19,75,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lac Seventy Five Thousand Only) for MS Fabricated Packaged 75 KLD STP
as per details mentioned in the enclosed Annexures of the offer.
C. Commissioning Charges:
Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand Only) which includes Installation Commissioning and
Testing of STP. You will provide boarding/lodging, local conveyance, unskilled labour, loading/unloading
/store room facility to our team.
D. Engineering Drawings Charges:
Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) for Engineering Drawings.
1. RATES The above rates are F.O.B. Ghaziabad. Packing extra @2%.
2. FREIGHT Extra as actual in purchaser’s account.
3. TAXES GST@18 % extra
4. INSURANCE Extra @0.5% on total bill value.
5. DELIVERY Within 15 Weeks after receipt of technically and commercial clear
order along with Advance payment.
6. PAYMENT 20% advance along with order,
20 % after submission of Drawing
50 % against Performa invoice prior to dispatch the plant
10 % within 15 days of receipt of material at site or immediately after
successful commissioning.
7. GUARANTEE 12 Calendar months from the date of supply of materials against any
manufacturing defect.
8. VALIDITY 30 (thirty) days
9. FORCE Applicable on occurrence of following events but not limited to:
MAJEURE a) Acts of God- floods, drought, earthquake, extreme weather
CLAUSE conditions, spread of epidemic etc.
b) Acts/Ordinance of Government regarding supply and/or regulation of
power, shortage, supply of mandatory raw material etc.
c) Situations beyond control- accidents, destructions due to fire,
sabotage, explosion, lockouts, strike, slow-down, major breakdown at
our facility.
