Activity: Fuel In, Fuel Out

1. Think about the last week-what things happened and what things did you do?
-Last week, I engaged in some sports activity like basketball and billiards. I also gad some
walks with my friends and a good conversations during dinner with my family, as well as
with my classmates during class hour. And a little trivia about myself, I love a hot cup of
coffee, this fuels me up.
2. Note down what was fuel in and what was fuel out.
Fuel in:
-playing basketball
-playing billiards
-conversation with family
-conversation with friends
-a cup of coffee
-eating fresh fruits
-playing online games
-self meditation
-watching movies
-playing with my niece

Fuel out:
-worrying about unfinished activities/work
-when uncertain things happens
-remembering sad moments

3. Have you got more going out then coming in? If you are running low, think about
what you can do to top up your tank and reduce the things using up your energy.
 Think about How you can increase rest, relaxation and recovery
-By having/taking good quality of sleep, meditation, healthy eating, and spending time with
family and friends.

 How you can reprioritize and leave non-urgent things for later

-I always sets allotted time to these non-urgent things so that I can do other things first.

 What supports are available

-I gathered supports from my family, friend, from watching movies, playing sports and
drinking coffee with love ones.

 Looking after your physical and mental health

-I always making sure that my physical and mental health is my prioritize.


4. Note down the supports you can call on to help top you up and reduce emptying your
tank.
-I rely with my family and friends, they can join me in my activities or simply lend an ear
when I need to vent.
