SEARCH FOR “BAYANING GURO (LIVE STREAMING TEACHERS)

SA PANAHON NG PANDEMYA”

MECHANICS

1. All Live Streaming Teachers (LST) during the pandemic (S, Y, 2019-2021
are invited to join the search for Bayaning Guro (Live Streaming Teachers)
sa Panahon ng Pandemya.

2. Fill out the nomination form and attach a certification from your school
head.

3. Submit the form to the Division Evaluation Committee on or before

October 5, 2023.

4. The Screening Committee will evaluate and determine the validity of the
documents submitted on October 6-10, 2023.

5. A nominee should get at least 75 points to qualify for the search.

6. All qualified nominees will be recommended to the Division PRAISE

Committee for the award.

7. Recipients of the award will be notified on October 12, 2023, through

their Gmail address and will be posted on the Memorandum.

8. Recognition of all recipients of the Bayaning Guro (Live Streaming

Teachers) sa Panahon ng Pandemya will be on October 21, 2023, from 1:30
p.m. onwards at Valenzuela City Auditorium.
