“IDENTIFY ME”. The class is
divided into two groups.
You will participate actively to the
activity by identifying the notes
and rest.

o Quarter rest – It's a
period of silence that lasts

– Eighth Rest Mean to
Rest 1/2 a Beat
APPLICATION
The students will be divided into 3 groups to answer the given questions in a worksheet.
Direction: Identify the correct notes if it is whole note, quarter note, half note, eighth note
and sixteenth note.

EVALUATION
Get a 1 whole sheet of paper and follow the instruction given.

Instruction: Arrange the notes and rest according to their value.
