President Mary Dupuis called the Board of Directors meeting to order at 6:58 pm on March 14 th at her

home. She shared that the HOA received a thank you from the family of Ginni Haase reading “To our
Pine Meadows Neighbors – Thank you for the beautiful plant in remembrance of Ginni. It is sitting on
the table in front of me. Dick Haase and Family

Teri Riggins shared the Treasurer’s report updates. She shared that we have paid $9682 so far this year
in snow removal, which includes the Christmas overtime charge that was paid in January.
Membership dues are on track and some are still working on updating their dues to the correct
$140/month.

Nominating Committee – Clark Smith shared that the committee has met and reached out to 10
members for the office of President. He shared that the committee will be recommending Jim Terry to
the office of President for the HOA for the upcoming year. The Board was very supportive of Jim’s
interest.

With the nomination and election at the Annual meeting, Mary Dupuis submitted her resignation due to
family and health reasons. The Board has reached out to appoint Jim Terry to assume the office of
President effective immediately.

Social committee – please see Sandy Stark’s reminders for what is coming up and please try and attend.
It is a great way to meet neighbors in the HOA and have fun together.

Front Entrance Repair – Front Entrance Repair – Teri followed up with Ray’s since they damaged the
edging on the Front entrance. They will be paying for the cost of the entire repair and the original
installer, Creative Edge, will be' moving the landscape edging further away from the sidewalk to stop
future potential damage. The Front Entrance Committee recommended also having stakes or higher
lights to make aware of where the edging is located at and moving the edging further away from the
sidewalk. Janice Fellow has resigned from the Front Entrance committee. Sandy Stark shared that Cindy
Wargo is interested in serving on a committee. Cindy was interested in the Front Entrance and
Outdoors Committee, so the Board has appointed her to replace Janice.

The Board would like to remind members that have committee questions to reach out directly to the
committee or attend their next meeting. The committees are appointed to address their respective
areas. Also, that any monies being requested any committee needs to be approved by the Board first or
they will not be reimbursed.

The HOA has secured the Great room at Sheridan Lutheran Church at no cost for the annual meeting on
April 23rd. The HOA meeting will begin at 7pm. They ask since they are not charging any fees, to not
bring in any food. After the meeting, members are encouraged to socialize. The HOA must be out of the
space by 8pm so the church can clean the space. The Board will reach out to Committee Chairs to
receive a written report overview to send out with the Treasurer’s Report and Secretary’s Minutes for
the 15-day notice so all members can read all information in advance.

Emergency Contacts – The Board has about half of the members who have submitted theirs. Brian will
continue to reach out with communications. Mary shared she would assist.

Mary shared she’d like to have an HOA garage sale in early May that aligns with other area
neighborhoods and HOAs. Brian will assist with finding the dates.
The next Board meeting will be May 9th at 7pm at the home of Brian Stark
