David was starting a new job in Vancouver, and he was waiting for his bus.
David는 밴쿠버에서 새로운 일을 시작하게 되었고, 자신이 탈 버스를 기다리고 있었다.

He kept looking back and forth between his watch and the direction the bus would come from.
그는 계속 자신의 시계와 버스가 올 방향을 번갈아 보았다.

He thought, “My bus isn’t here yet. I can’t be late on my first day.”
그는 “내가 탈 버스가 아직 오지 않아. 내가 첫날 지각할 수는 없어.”라고 생각했다.

David couldn’t feel at ease.

When he looked up again, he saw a different bus coming that was going right to his work.

The bus stopped in front of him and opened its door.

He leaned back on an unoccupied seat in the bus and took a deep breath, finally able to relax.

Now that the war was over, there would be a lot of dancing.

A very large warrior approached and stood in front of Benny.

The warrior brought Benny to an open area of the village.

The chief continued, "I heard what you did for us. Your kindness makes me say welcome. Welcome to Life Island."

"I think everyone is here now! Shall we all sit down?"

Everyone was more than happy to cooperate and soon the whole group was settled in their chairs around the long dining

room table, passing dishes filled with Charlotte's cooking.

모든 이들이 더할 나위 없이 기쁘게 응했고 곧 모인 사람 모두가 식당의 긴 식탁을 둘러서 자리를 잡았고, Charlotte의 요리가 가득 담긴 접시를 전달했다.

Soon, everyone had a full plate and conversation buzzed around the table between bites.
곧 모두가 접시를 가득 채웠고, 음식을 먹는 사이에 식탁 주위에서 바쁘게 대화가 오갔다.

Charlotte took a careful bite of her stuffing and found that the seasonings had all blended together beautifully to create a

flavorful experience.

She relaxed a bit more as she sampled the dishes on her plate and found that everything tasted good.

Charlotte은 웃으며 “마음껏 먹어요.”라고 대답했다. “흉볼 사람 없어요, 특히 추수감사절에는요!”
