for
Ascertaining the Green Building Regulations for a Project
1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to assist the client and stakeholders concerned in ascertaining the
Green Building Regulations that would be applicable to their projects. The Green Building Regulations
vary depending on the nature and type of the proposed development and this document is intended to
put them in the right perspective.
This document is also intended to assist the stakeholders in gaining an understanding of the associated
documents that have to be used in order to put together a professional green building submission.

The applicability of a Green Building Regulation would be on the basis of the following information
