• Served as Maintenance Admin for 400+ rooms for Landmark Resort, HOA,
and individual houses.
• Responsibilities Included: Assisting my Department Head in actively
monitoring and managing the maintenance budget and payroll, delegation of
tasks to be completed by maintenance staff, overseeing office inventory –
including creating purchase orders, invoicing, ordering and requisitions as
well as stocking and tracking shipments, billing homeowners, and inspecting
rooms for VIP arrivals.
• Maintained physical files and digitized records and developed a means of
organizing these files for easy updating and retrieval by authorized team
members.
• Developed a highly - efficient administrative team through ongoing coaching
and professional development.
● Served as Maintenance Admin for the 500+ room for Breakers Resort.
