Subject: Request for Support the Ngeteh in Depok Exhibition 2023

On behalf of the student of MICE Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, we would like to inform you that we
will arrange the exhibition called Ngeteh in Depok on May 19-21, 2023 at Felfest UI, Depok.
We believe our organization experiences make us a well-qualified candidate to arrange this
exhibition.

With regard to that matter, we intend to request a support from the Ministry of Tourism and
Creative Economy in order to help us succeed our bid. Ngeteh in Depok Exhibition is going to be
the first tea exhibition in Depok. It will provide a great opportunity for us to support local
industries, especially business actors in the field of tea product management. This could be a
solution for your future program in increasing sales of tea products nationally or even
internationally.
