Pregnancy testing is strictly prohibited during recruitment of female


worker. All people will get same facility at the time of hiring. No worker
will terminate after joining if found pregnant after joining.

All female workers will get Maternity benefit as per Bangladesh Labor Law
2006.

HRM department will ensure implementation of this policy.
