 The total length of the road is around 5 km, it is mostly 132 ft road course on top of the
450mm thick subbase. The sewerage line consist of 600mm dia. RC pipe, 300mm,
200mm dia. VCP pipe, the new line is connected to existing Sewerage Treatment
Plant(capacity of 75,000 PE). A pump house pump (capacity of 3,500 PE) sewer across
the bridge. The road side drainage (1,000mm, 900mm, 600mm width), basically
received surface water collected from the carriageway.
o Earthworks;
 The earthworks area was around 100 acres, it consisted of major cut and filled of
200,000 metre cube of earth, storm water drainage (2,500mm width) and R.C. retaining
wall.
o 150 units of 5 storey Low Cost Flat :

 The contractors are using Tunnel Formwork for the wall and slab construction.
