#3 Narrative Report on Orientation/Deployment/Duty- Barangay Bagacay

It was Thursday the 21 st of march and during the morning I had regular classes that
started at 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. After my morning class, I had my lunch at my house.
After lunch, I washed my face, brushed my teeth, and headed off to my respective
barangay shortly after. When I arrived there, it was already 1:01 p.m. There were only
two people in the office when I went inside. I sat down in the chair and waited for other
students from my school to arrive. After a few minutes, the barangay secretary arrived.
We greeted her, and after that, she asked us what the purok was that we last surveyed.
She then assigned us to conduct a survey in the purok since there were only four of us.
She only handed us a few survey questionnaires. We left the barangay and started
going to the purok, where we were assigned to conduct a survey. At around 3:32 p.m.
We finished our assigned task and decided to go back to the barangay and pass the
survey questionnaires to the barangay secretary. She signed our DTR, and after that,
we went home at around 5:00 p.m.
