joints by using PMM Mortar .Applying & Supplying two coats of two component, high
build, 100 % solid content, low VOC,, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon based coal tar
epoxy coating of DFT per coat 200 microns,Which conforms to Adhesion Strength (ASTM
D4541)->1 N/mm2,Abrasion Resistance (ASTM C944)-0.1g , Water Absorption (ASTM
D570)-Nil , Linear Shrinkage (ASTM C531)<0.6 mm.
Keep an interval of 24 hrs between each coat .Material shall be procured 100%
domestically sourced from Indian company under “Make in India” initiative and having
Dakks ISO 9001:2015 accredited for manufacturing and design and waterproofing system

Term & Condition

1 Above rates are basic rate , GST 18% Extra

2 Civil items -Like , Cement , sand etc to be provided by Eldeco free of cost .
Water , electricity , Labour hutment ,Locable store for storing material ,erected
3 scafolding ,wherever require , to be provided by Eldeco free of cost .
4 3rd Party testing of material will be in Eldeco scope .

Payment term- 40% Advance including GST along with Work order , Remaining on RA
6 bills to be cleared within 7 days after submission of RA bills on 15 days basis .
7 Cutting of Tie rod will be in Client scope up to 15-20 MM depth around the tie rod .
8 GUGGU PVR holes in wall treatment shall be charged extra @ 25/per Nos .
9 Measurements shall be done as per actual for billing purpose.
Any item other than the above-mentioned scope of work shall be charged extra as per
10 mutually decided rates
11 Any other govt taxes/ charges etc. shall be charged extra as per actual (if any).
12 No retention and PBG Applicable .

Necessary infrastructure facilities are to be provided/ made available free of cost at site on
need basis.

15 Mobilization: 7-10 days from the date of receipt of order and advance.
16 Rate Validity: 3 Months from the date of submission of Quotation
