1. References:
a. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030; and
b. Memo from DRDA dated August 13, 2020 with subject: Actionable items
during ASCOTF Conference and Contact Tracing on August 10, 2020.

2. This pertains to the conduct of Daily Inspection Report by the Admin

Support to COVID-19 Operations Task Force (ASCOTF) Team Leader.

3. In connection with above references, please be informed that on June 22,

2022 at about 9:00 AM, PHQ Red Team led by PMAJ RANEL B MARQUIZO,
Assistant Chief, PCADU, conducted inspection at the establishment of 3rd MFP, 1st
DDOPMFC and also to the Border Checkpoint located at Purok-3, Brgy Pasian,
Monkayo, Davao De Oro with regards to the basic health protocols in compliance to
COVID-19 that the unit must comply (e.g. Hand Washing Area, Foot Bath
Disinfectant, No face mask/face shield no Entry Policy, Thermal Scanner, Alcohol,
Observance of Social Distancing, Disinfection/Sanitation and Office Cleanliness).
Activity ended at 11:00 AM of same date.

4. Attached are the findings and/or observations based on the given checklist
and actual photos during the conduct of the said activity.
