Elon Musk is suing OpenAI, the makers of ChatGPT, arguing it has breached the principles he
agreed to when he helped found it in 2015.

The lawsuit - which has also been filed against OpenAI boss Sam Altman - says the firm has departed
from its original non-profit, open source mission.

It says instead of trying to "benefit humanity" - as it was set up to do - it is focusing on "maximising

profits" for major investor Microsoft.

The firm was created with the intention of building what's known as artificial general intelligence
(AGI) - AI that can perform any task a human being is capable of.

It was also set up as a not-for-profit company, meaning it would not aim to make money.

2. OpenAI came out swinging in a new legal filing responding to
the lawsuit Musk filed against it last month, calling the billionaire’s “incoherent”
claims “frivolous,” “extraordinary” and “a fiction.”

OpenAI đã đưa ra một hồ sơ pháp lý mới phản hồi lại vụ kiện mà Musk
đã đệ đơn chống lại nó vào tháng trước, gọi những tuyên bố “không

3. Musk, who co-founded OpenAI in 2015, has accused the company of
breaching its founding agreement and diverging from its original, nonprofit

healthcare, high-tech agriculture, and the development of high-quality human resources.

Ông cũng khuyến khích các công ty New Zealand tăng cường mối quan hệ đầu tư với
Việt Nam bằng cách tham gia vào các lĩnh vực như nền kinh tế xanh và kỹ thuật số,

1. UOB dự báo kinh tế Việt Nam quý I tích cực hơn cùng kỳ năm ngoái, với tăng
trưởng 5,5% và VND vẫn còn khả năng phục hồi nhẹ.

UOB predicts/forecasts that Vietnam's economy in the first quarter will be more positive
than the same period last year/year on year, with growth of 5.5% and VND is still able to
recover slightly.
2. Dự báo được nêu trong Báo cáo dự báo tăng trưởng kinh tế Việt Nam
quý I/2024 vừa phát hành của Ngân hàng UOB. Như vậy, tình hình đầu năm
nay dự kiến tích cực hơn quý I/2023 khi GDP tăng 3,32%, theo số liệu của Bộ
Kế hoạch - Đầu tư.

The forecast is stated in the Vietnam Economic Growth Forecast Report for the first
quarter of 2024 just released by UOB. Thus, the situation at the beginning of this
year is expected to be more positive than the first quarter of 2023 when GDP
increased by 3.32%, according to data from the Ministry of Planning and
Investment.
3. Ngân hàng Singapore này lý giải trong khi rủi ro từ các sự kiện xung đột bên ngoài
tiếp tục đè nặng lên kinh tế toàn cầu, triển vọng của Việt Nam được củng cố nhờ sự
phục hồi của ngành bán dẫn, tăng trưởng ổn định ở Trung Quốc và khu vực, cũng như
sự dịch chuyển chuỗi cung ứng có lợi cho Việt Nam và Đông Nam Á.

This Singapore bank explained that while risks from external conflict events
continue to weigh on the global economy, Vietnam's prospects are
strengthened by the recovery of the semiconductor industry, stable growth in
China and the region, as well as the shift in supply chains benefit Vietnam
and Southeast Asia.
