Introduce Suffixes and Prefixes
An affix is a word part that is added to a root or base word. It changes the meaning of the word.
Affixes are either prefix or suffix.
Prefixes are letters that are added to the beginning of the word Like im, in, bi, non, dis, and re.
Suffixes are letters added to the end of the word such as, less, ful, ness, er, or, able, ible.
C. Generalization

An affix is a word part that is added to a root or base word. It changes the meaning of the word.
Affixes are either prefix or suffix .
Prefixes are added to the beginning of the word, Suffixes are added at the end of the rootword.
