Good afternoon, everyone.

I am Jannah May Bolano, together with my groupmates, and we are


about to present to you our topic, which is physical health. Here is Mr. Jacey Canasa to discuss
with you the meaning of physical health.

Therapy is a way to get help with a mental or physical health problem or get extra support if you
are going through a tough time. Here are some of the therapies that you might do if you are
having trouble with your physical health.

First, go back to your old training or habits. If you are used to doing your morning exercises or
doing some adventorous stuff, then you suddenly stop doing it for some reason. I suggest that
you go back to it because it benefits you, especially your physical health.

The second is to be more productive. Last Friday, tinanong kami ni sir rhedel sa breakoutroom
kung kamusta yung physical health namin during the pandemic, kung paano kami naka cope up
sa situation namin, kasi diba we all know that during the pandemic is nasa loob lang naman tayo
ng bahay since bawal lumabas because of the threat of the virus kaya naman talagang hindi natin
masyado naikikilos ang kating katawan bukod nalang talaga kung nakakapag exercise ka sa loob
ng bahay niyo by just doing house hold chores, or doing some physical activity that can be done
in your home.

ako personally nung pandemic hindi naman talaga ko masyado nag kikilos, puro nood lang ako
noon tapos gagawa lang ng school activities tapos kapag may free time ayun nga manonood lang
ako so wala talagang physical activity na nangyayari sakin non, dahil don nung medyo lumuwag
luwag na yung quarantine medyo nakakakilos kilos na rin ako since medyo bumaba na yung
threat sa labas, and doon ko napansin na konting kilos ko lang ang bilis ko ng hingalin tapos
konting physical activity lang na gawin ko is sumasakit na ibang part ng katawan ko. so you see
kung wala talagang physical actvity na mangyayari satin talagang maapektuhan iyong ating
physical health.

third is exercise ayun nga tulad nga lang ng sinabi ko kanina nung una, go back to your old
habits kung dati araw araw ka nag e-exercise gawin mo ulit since maganda iyon para sa physical
health mo. and lastly is explore, eto kung hindi ka adventurous na tao like hindi ka mahilig sa
outdoor activities or anything na related sa physical activities, try to explore, explore kung saan
maeenjoy mo yung physical activity, like sabihin natin ayun nga hindi ka mahilig sa mga
adventurous stuffs pero mahilig ka sa mga magagandang sceneries, you can try nature tripping or
kahit maglakad ka lang somewhere na na-appreciate mo yung paligid, with that you get to
satisfy yourself tapos nakapaga exercise ka na rin by means of walking.

actually these threapies are just similar to each other kasi ano lang sila sa mga physical activities
since yun nga we are talking about the physical health
