4.1 Introductory Activity Checking of drawing materials brought by the children.
5 minutes Do you know the names of each material? What are they for?
4.2 Activity 1. Showing realias. (coloring pens, colored pencils, ruler, real leaf,
flower, real bark of a tree)
5 minutes 2. Group the pupils into 4 and give each group materials.
3. Let each group use these materials for an activity.
4.3 Analysis What are these materials for?
5 minutes Let each group tell the uses of these materials.
4.4 Abstraction
1. Discuss the uses of the different materials such as ruler, coloring

Differentiated Activity
Group 1 & 2: Each group is given a picture. They help each other to
color the picture by using coloring pens, colored pencils and ruler.
5 minutes Group 3 & 4: Create your own design using indigenous materials such
as real leaf, real bark of a ree and broomsticks.
4.6 Assessment Use the drawing tools or materials to supply
the missing parts of the following pictures.
