Application

In
order
to
wash
jeans
material,
Lava
Cell
Power
is
added
to
the
bath
in

quantities
of
0.3
-
1%
on
the
weight
of
the
goods.
Washing
temperatures
should

be
in
the
range
of
50
-
55
°C.
Therefore,
a
quick
removal
of
indigo
is
achieved.
In

order
to
achieve
best
results,
the
pH
value
should
be
6
-
7.5,
which
usually

adjusts
by
itself.
The
special
advantage
of
this
product
is
to
obtain
a
high

contrast
between
warp
and
weft
threads
of
the
denim.
Pocket
lining
is
only

insignificant.
