The atmosphere of the meeting was relaxed and spontaneous. My peer was
open-minded, serious, and receptive, which made me feel comfortable and not anxious
at all.
E. How valuable was the session with your peer? Explain.

This session helped me improve my communication skills. My peer appreciated my


work, and our exchange was constructive. He was pragmatic and a good listener.
F. Did you make a commitment to your peer? If yes, what was the commitment
that you made?

I am eager to continue working with this peer, as it was our mutual commitment to
support each other throughout this program.
G. Did you find anything surprising and/or gain any new insight due to the
meeting?

I was surprised about the good feedback I had and the inspiration i gave to my peer. It
was a very good feeling.
H. How helpful did you find the coaching session overall? Explain and share
your experience honestly.

We shared enjoyable moments discussing our personal and professional lives. We then
utilized the GROW model for our coaching session and also swapped roles. Overall, it
was a very positive experience.
