SELF-REFLECTION

- Saisha Kotian

Q1)What was your contribution?

Ans.To my knowledge, I have contributed to my fullest potential. I had formatted

several documents, wrote reports and was available round the clock.have always tried
to fix the inconsistencies and inconvenience caused in the group despite the fact that I
wasn’t available for a week due to a family emergency.

Q2)What was your most memorable experience? What competencies did you develop
further?

Ans. I feel that the whole programme was a memorable experience for me. From
collaborating with my colleagues to recording the interviews of my grandma.
Everything was wholesome! I felt very proud of myself and have no regrets of not
grabbing up this opportunity to express my views

Q3)What went well? What would you have done differently? Think about methods,
group work, technical aspects, collaboration with the partner school etc.

Ans. As a team, I feel that we have done a good job. I feel that this would have been
better if each person could have contributed more from their end.Since we are in
grade 8, we have a lot of things to work upon in school as well as extracurriculars, I
feel that we were a bit stressed out but that’s okay ! It was our first time participating
in an exchange program and that’s usual. We did have a video conference with the
partner school (only once) Recently, they haven’t been keeping in touch with us.
