A. Air in the Upper Respiratory Tract
* As you inhale, air enters the nose or mouth. The air is filtered, warmed, and humidified in the different parts of the
upper respiratory tract.
*The air passes through the pharynx, larynx, then into the trachea and into the lungs.

The Circulatory System is composed of three powerful organs which are the heart , blood and blood vessels . It is a
system that is responsible in the distribution of oxygen, water and food nutrient needed by the body .
* One organ that in the Circulatory System is the heart. It is a pear – shaped like organ that pumps blood to the
different parts of the body. Its alternating and contracting movement causes the blood to circulate in the body. This also
makes the beating of 70 – 80 per minute.
*Another organ is the red fluid that flows all through the body and as such it called the ,” the river of life’, - the blood.
*And another organ that comprise the Circulatory System is the blood vessels. Blood vessels are tube like highways
and roads that serve as the passageways of the blood.
