NARRATIVE REPORT

Panganiban National High School supports the DepEd

Order No. 35, s. 2016 which mandates the implementation of
Learning Action Cell to ensure the continuing professional
development strategy for the improvement of teaching and learning
process.

To upskill teachers on conducting the School Learning Action

Cell (SLAC) Mr. Randy S. Garcia, Master Teacher I, proposed a LAC
session last December 12, 2023.

The session started with prayer and singing of Pilipinas kong

Mahal. Dr. Lito S. Florendo, Principal IV of Panganiban National High
School, delivered his words of challenge. Teachers are challenged to
come up with another LAC sessions in the coming months. After that,
Mr. Randy S. Garcia tackled how to conduct School Learning Action
Cell (SLAC) session. He discussed what are the things to be prepared
before, during and after the session. Through this LAC session,
teachers were equipped with information that will help them how to
propose and implement LAC session. Before the session ended, Mr.
Randy S. Garcia and Miss Joy G. Ballesteros received their certificates
as LAC Resource Person and LAC Documenter, respectively. Teachers
were also received their certificates for their participation. The
session was hosted by Mr. Jeric B. Vinluan, Teacher I.
