● Maximizing the use of technological tools
and other resources available during the
teaching and learning process.
● Reminding the students about the rules
and routines before the actual discussion.
● Encourage the students to answer and
participate all throughout the discussion.
● The teacher is commendable as to how he
reconstructs questions in which the
students might have difficulty
understanding.
● Integrating real-life scenarios during
discussion are a great way to allow the
students relate to the concepts being
discussed.
● Emphasizing the students answer to the
guide questions provided by the teacher is
a great strategy to encourage them in
participating to the class.
AVOID
● Avoid proceeding to the next discussion
without ensuring that the students really
understand what has been tackled.
● Although it is nice to engage all the
students during the discussion, avoid
calling the learners one by one to answer
one guide question from the motivation
activity. They could still participate for
the other questions.
● Avoid giving late instructions toward the
learner, especially on the allotted time for
their activity. It has to be stated right
after giving the instruction.
● The teacher can opt to add the directions
for a certain activity in his slides or
presentation.
