VERY ENGAGING. The abstraction did not lead
by the teacher alone as she tried to let the students
contribute to the discussion.
- Check students’ understanding TIME by
TIME. The teacher asks students to “Press 1” if
they understood the lesson. This isn’t small thing
as it guarantees that the students comprehend the
lesson well.
- Asked SAME type of questions time to
time. During the abstraction, the teacher
keeps asking “Gaano ba kahalaga ang
pagiging determinado? Gaano kahalaga
ang…. etc” Yes, we should ask question
relating to values but we should incorporate
different questioning strategy. Develop more
the art of questioning and probing.
- The technology integration in application
part is difficult to navigate. Try to
demonstrate how it works. Also, give option
to students (BEFORE the end of the activity)
if someone has difficulty to access your link.

- Answered the students’ question well. The

teacher was prepared to answer the question and
even give practical example. Very Good!

- Affirm students well! This is a type of

class that the students are comfortable to
participate. The teacher welcomed contribution
with positive attitude and shows appreciation.

- Integrating students’ answers in the topic. This

is the part that the teacher REALLY did well. She
was able to connect students answer to the main
topic. This shows that the teacher understands and
master the lesson.
- Wrapped up the discussion WELL. The acronym
in the last part of discussion will help the students
to comprehend what you have discussed the whole
time. Also, this helps the students to REMEMBER
what the lesson is all about. Good strategy to wrap
up the discussion!

- Clear and direct instruction for application.

- Discussed and presented the rubrics! This guides

the students during the activity and assessment.

- Check the students’ progress during the

activity. Also, the teacher reminds the class their
remaining time. This helps the class to double
check or complete the activity.
