Remarks / Action takem
 LINDE intimated NSL to procure 49 defective
electrical items. The same has been proposed to
be procured directly from market by NSL., 33
items are required as minima spares. NSL
ordered 28 items & received 6 items at site on
25/07/23 and for other 22 items yet to received .
For rest 4 items ordered to be placed
 After receiving all 33 items & Exciter panel
vendor’s ( BHEL) service person at site . This
resources required after commissioning of BAC –
Already proposal processed , PO placed on BHEL

For O& M contract , M/s MECON floated tender and the
same Open on 21/07/23 , under process
It includes Civil work for cylinder cleaning and testing
machine , drawing already made by Linde and will be
sent MECON for approval ,
Required refurbishment of all Argon pumps and cylinder
filling pumps. Follow up with LINDE site manager on
regular basis
As per instruction with GM ( Met ) the file handed over
to Mr.Rathod ( Kirdual ) for needed support .After
getting CCOE license Argon production can be taken to
storage and once Argon pumps in order , Argon can be
supplied to SMS .

Analyser N2 ppm in Argon The PO to the OEM (Servomex) of the analyser is

already placed. The party has dispatched the spares on
21-07-23 and it is in transit.
