- There are no risers available on site except FAD & EAD near Elevator so
Mechanical Works/ another proposal is made for vertical ducting works which are 10 Risers from
8 Ducting Works / Ducting Works 9th floor to Roofdeck and 2 Riser from 12th Floor to Roofdeck. This include
Bid 1 & 2 the new four (4) risers included in the release plan dated July 27, 2023

- Work not included are as follows; FAD works for 10th Floor Dent Tech Lab
