All the moving parts to be guarded and no loose clothing
allowed near the machinery/conveyors.
Unauthorised entry to be restricted.

Fire Hazard CO2 fire extinguisher to be provided.

Batching Plant Operation
Nose mask to be provided to those who are engaged in
(Commissioning) Dust Hazard cement loading work.

Safety goggles to be provided other than PPE’S for all

Eye Hazard those who are engaged in the work.

Documents of the mobile plants/vehicle to be checked

Mobile Plants/Hit Hazard and cleared ‘OK’ before entering the site.
A valid licence for the operator.
Cement Loading Proper access to be provided by clearing all unwanted
materials or traffic to enter the workplace.
Movement area of the machine to be isolated.
Daily check for the equipment and the checklist to be
fulfilled daily.
Shifting of material using Loader Continuous supervision to be provided.

Vehicle to be inspected and valid document to be

 checked.
A valid licence for the vehicle driver.
Mobile plant/Hit Hazard Daily check for the vehicle and checklist to be fulfilled.
Placing of transit mixer Access to be cleared from all unwanted materials and
traffic for vehicle movement.
