B. Achievement indicator:
The students will be able to use the present perfect tense by listening and writing activities.

Content: ❒ Globalization present Perfect tense.

Evaluation o Identify the globalization in the society.


Criteria: o Write advantages and disadvantages of the globalization.
o Respect the ideas of the others one about globalization

C. LEARNING STRATEGIES

Opening Activities

1-Warm up: The teacher gives a word, for example, technology, and the students must think of words related to that
same word. The students write in the notebook. This activity takes one minute to write, then the teacher chooses 3
students at random what they wrote.( 5 minutes )

2- Review/ Prior Knowledge: The teacher does ,the next questions ,What is the structure of the future tense?
Then the teacher quickly makes the structure of the future tense. Subject + Will + + verb in infinitive + Complement.
Subject + Going to + verb in infinitive + Complement. ( 5 minutes)

3- Presentation of New content: The teacher presents the topic, asking the question, what is the present perfect?
present perfect is a verb tense in the English language that narrates events that have already occurred at a time in the
past but continue to have relevance in the present. ( 5 minutes)

Development activities
Middle Activities: Controlled/ Free practice

4-(Grammar and vocabulary):

Teacher
Explain how the present perfect tense is used to discuss past experiences related to globalization. ( 5 minutes)
Provide examples of sentences using the present perfect tense related to globalization.

 The teacher has students work in groups of 5 to create sentences using the present perfect in the context of
globalization. ( 7 minutes)

 The teacher tells the groups to share their sentences with the class. using the present perfect. ( 8 minutes)

Closing Activities

8-Wrap up: The teacher does recap the key points of the lesson.

The teacher allow students to ask questions and clarify any doubts. ( 5 minutes)

9-Evaluation: Students are evaluated for participation, good behavior, and interest in learning the class.

Research and present examples of news or events related to globalization using the present perfect tense.
