Providing and injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti-termite

treatment and creating a chemical barrier on top surface of plinth filling, junction of
inside wall and floor, on top of damp proof course (DPC) or on masonry at the level of
plinth filling as per IS6313 (Part II) -1981 using chemicals like chloropyripos emulsifiable
(IS8944-1978) 20 EC of 1% concentration by weight mixed with water in 1:19 ratio (i.e.

1ltr. of chemical to 19 Its. of water). The emulsion is spread at 5 Its./Sqm on top surface
of plinth filling, top of DPC and at 1 meter outer side of the plinth along the junction of
wall and floor all as per specifications and as directed. (Plinth area of the building at
G.F. shall be measured) (The work shall be carried out by a specialized agency and
shall be covered with 10 years performance guarantee).

2 PCC Works
Using Concrete mixture all works up to Plinth Level: Plain Cement concrete nominal mix
M10 grade using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and
conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site,

labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top
surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.for
foundation and under flooring bed.

3 RCC Works ( M25 Grade )

Supply and placing of M25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH
BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal
(coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials
like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all
operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing,
laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication
charges for finished.with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard
suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying
concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication
charges for finished item of work for RCC FOOTINS, COLUMNS, PLINTH BEAM,
RETAINING WALLS, ROOF AND SLAB BEAMS.

Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The
exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is
found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the difference in cost shall be deducted.

4 Shuttering Work

Providing rigid and water tight centering and shuttering using best quality water proof
plyboard sheets/ steel centering sheets including strutting, propping, bracing
etc.,complete for all R.C.C.items fixed in position as required including labour for careful
removal of form work etc.,complete all as per specifications in horizontal / vertical /
slanting surface Including lift charges in centering and formwork. Steel props and
adjustable spans only to be used. (Rate shall include for providing and applying
approved make demoulding / centring oil. Burnt oil shall not be used. Use of waste oil
or other oils will not be permitted).

5 Steel TMT Bars

Supply,Fabricating and fixing in position High yield Strength Deformed Bars Fe-500 /
500D grade conforming to IS: 1786-2008 of different diameters including
cutting ,cranking and bending to required sizes and shapes, Placing in position with
cover blocks of approved materials and sizes,tieing with 18guage soft drawn MS binding
wire forming reinforcement steel as per approved design and drawing to be supplied at
the time of execution of works including cost and coveyance, deformed bars,binding
wire,cover blocks and all operational and incidental labour charges such as
cutting,bending,placing in position,tieing etc. complete for finished item of work.
(Payment will be made on the basis of weight of fabricated deformed bars only) at all
heights, in all floors.The work shall be executed as per drawings and checked and
recorded.Bar bending schedule to be prepared by the contractor and got approved from
client before starting the cutting work.
