Step 5: Write a Story in simple past and past progressive.

Specifications:

The most frightened day…

Last year my friend Melissa was planning her vacations. She was really happy because she was planning to
go with her fiancé, she was planning to have a great time there, she bought the airplane tickets, did the
reservation in a very nice place and everything was set.

Student 1 (Silvia Natalia González García)

They traveled on the first Saturday of December. It was raining. On that day, Melissa and his Fiancé got
up at 05:00 am. Melissa's Fiancé cooked a delicious vegetable soup and coffee for breakfast (Melissa
loves the vegetables soup), meanwhile, Melissa was taking the suitcases down to the living room.
Afterward, they took a taxi from home to the airport.
In the Airport, they were waiting for a long time because the flight was delayed by three hours. Even so,
they were very happy because it was their first trip together.

Student 2 (Mayra Alejandra González Tineo)

After 3 hours passed, they finally got on the plane, while they arrived at their destination, Melissa told
her fiancé about such a charming and beautiful place, which she reserved for the two hours, 2 hours
passed and they finally arrived at their destination, The place was so beautiful that Melissa and her
fiancé asked for the room keys as they wanted to rest to be well the next day and be able to enjoy as a
couple, since it was their first trip together. But after two days of their being there, Melissa would
normally hear terrified every night that a girl was crying desperately and asking for help, but she didn't
know what to do or how to react.

Student 3 (María Paula muñoz Castro)

Melisa was so scared that she did not stop shaking at night to the point that she cried with fear one day
of that much-dreamed-of vacation her fiancé boyfriend changed the hotel they were staying in because
he was tired of seeing Melisa horrified And so they left there and Melisa was finally able to rest and
enjoyed her dream vacation and so together they smiled, ate, met and took many photos on that trip.

Student 4 (Ruth Jaidy Lopez Santacruz)

While Melissa and her boyfriend were walking on the beach, they talked about how living this type of
terrifying experience in the hotel made them become closer as a couple, they learned not to let their
vacations be ruined, also to enjoy and appreciate every moment that comes their way. They plan to
continue traveling, learning and above all enjoying each other's company, they hope they will not have
to live a similar terrifying experience in the future.

Student 5 (Olga Lopez)

Since Melissa and her boyfriend enjoyed their magnificent vacation, they decided that they were going
to go out for a walk again, no matter what problems and difficulties they encountered. Melissa said it
was the best vacation she ever had with her boyfriend.
