Designation Programs

Airport Executive Leadership Program (AELP)

Targeted at future CEOs, Deputy CEOs, or Vice-Presidents of airport operating organisations, this
programme aims to develop airport-industry leaders and to advance the professionalism of airport
management practices.

Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP)

AMPAP is the world’s only course-based accreditation programme for airport executives delivered both face-
to-face and online. All individuals who occupy a management position within a civil airport organisation are
eligible to apply. For airport management professionals, the International Airport Professional
(IAP) designation is THE global standard of excellence.

ACI-ICAO Airport Safety Professional (ASP) Designation Program

ACI-ICAO ASP is the premier global designation programme that leads to a unique and prestigious
professional designation for airport safety professionals and civil aviation regulators. Designed and delivered
by ACI-ICAO certified instructors, the ASP will provide candidates with opportunities to advance in their
career, differentiate themselves from their peers and brand themselves as airport safety subject matter
experts.

Airport Customer Experience Designations

The Airport Customer Experience Professional Designations (ACED) are an integral part to develop staff
involved in the ASQ Airport Customer Experience Accreditation programme, and to ensure they are
proficient and qualified to lead the implementation of a customer experience strategy.

Diploma Programmes

Airport Finance Diploma

The ACI Airport Finance Diploma aims to provide participants a detailed understanding of the diversity of
issues airports face in managing financial resources.

Airport Security Diploma

The ACI Airport Security Diploma provides participants with a broad and detailed understanding of
implementing and maintaining a security framework that complies with national and international regulations
and airport industry best practices.

Global Safety Network (GSN) Diploma Program

The Global Safety Network Diploma Programme consists of specialized courses on airport safety. It is
specifically designed to meet the needs of airside operations and safety supervisors, managers and
directors, including developing, implementing and operating effective Safety Management Systems (SMS) at
their airports.

Airport Operations Diploma

The Airport Operations training programme describes the all-important operational and business aspects
that are at the heart of airports’ activity today. The ACI Airport Operations training programme is designed to
prepare airport employees and airport service providers for the current operational and business reality, as
well as, to encourage them to move forward in their airport career.
