fatigue during extended use.

Steel Hammers -
Advantages Durable and suitable for heavy-duty tasks.
Disadvantages Heavier compared to some other materials, which may cause
fatigue during extended use.

Steel Screwdrivers: -
Advantages Durable and suitable for heavy-duty tasks.
Resistant to wear and tear.
Disadvantages Heavier compared to some other materials, which may cause hand
fatigue during extended use.

Steel Wrenches -

“BASIC TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS NEEDS FOR SMAW 1”

1. Flat head screw - Flat head screws are used in the building industry for cabinets,
countertops, stairs, furniture, drywall, and other components.
2. Flashlights - Flashlights are used as a light source outdoors, in places without
permanently installed lighting, during power outages, or when a portable light source
is needed.
3. Wrenches - gripping, fastening, turning, tightening and loosening things like pipes,
pipe fittings, nuts and bolts.
4. Screwdrivers - Screwdrivers are a type of hand tool used for the insertion and
removal of screws.
5. Pliers - bending and holding, crimping metal, looping wire, and cutting wire and soft
nails.
6. Chisels - Chisels are primarily used for developing woodworking joints and shaping
wood.
7. Steel tape - These tapes are generally used for standardizing chains, measurements of
construction work.
8. Pull-push rule - 1/2inch wide, 72 inches long, Can also measure curved & irregular
surfaces.
9. Steel rule - Most common tool, 1/8 inch thick, ¾ inch wide, 6 to 12 inches long.
10. Try square - Instrument used to measure the square of an object.
