Operational Procedure:

1. Inspect the set-up of the computer: Be sure that the area is


dry and no split liquid nearby.
2. Check the stability of the computer and keyboard.
3. Check power cords and cable. Check connection.
4. Wipe dust and removed unnecessary object that will obstruct
the use of the computer.
5. Turn on AVR/UPS and then turn on the computer.
6. Used the computer properly. Avoid downloading from
unorganized/unsafe sites.
7. Before using external hard drive or flash disk, scan and
clean after using, be sure to close the document/program
and eject it.
8. Properly shutdown the computer when not in used.
9. Turn off AVR/UPS after shutting down the computer.
10. Return the mouse and keyboard to their proper place
after use.
11. To protect the desktop computer, cover it (if available).
12. Dust the drawing table before and after using it.
