2.GENERAL NOTES:
1. Power and Water should be provided by the Customer.
2. Accommodation should be provided by the Indigo.
3. Roller Touch-up paint will be done at the site by Indigo PEB.
4. the sufficient place for stacking of material to be provided. customer to provide a mud-
free location for stacking the finished goods delivered at the site. 24-hour security to be
provided by the customer.
5. compacted and level surface to be provided around the building for erection work
6. GA Drawings will be submitted within one week of receiving the PO and Advance.
7. The customer should return the approved GA Drawings within 3 to 4 working days.
8. If the project is cancelled after the submission of GA Drawings, the customer should bear
the design and service charges of 5% of the total project.
9. if there are any changes in the technical specifications of building dimensions, loads,
etc., after receipt of approval drawings and completion of shop/production drawings, the
customer agrees to pay reengineering charges proportionately has to be bear.
10.Indigo will deliver the material in 6- 8 weeks as per commitment.
11.construction of PEB as per the drawings and quantities (with - 3% tolerance allowed as
per PEB industry Standards.
