0. Purpose
This Maintenance and Inspection Checklist:
 lists the maintenance, inspection and safety checks of ExacTrac systems and its components,
 ensures the safety and functionality of ExacTrac,
 should be performed on a regular base.

1. Preparation and Necessary Tools


Check salesforce.com history of the functional location where you intend to perform a PMI to investigate
if Robotics Batteries and HV Silicon Paste need to be replaced or not.

 20 Nm – 120 Nm Torque Wrench (for the ceiling arm mounts, only 100 Nm is needed)

3. Initial Function Check


This section is to verify that the system is properly working on arrival. It is no accuracy test. The system
has to be warmed up for at least 60 minutes before starting this test.

Enter ExacTrac software and open the patient “Isocphan” (if not
available on customer workstation, download from Brainlab FTP
ExacTrac server). Open the patient “Isocphan” and enter the Define DRR

6. Computer Cabinet Inspection

- In case any discrepancy or defective part is found, the corresponding parts should be
