5/1/24: I work with my colleagues in creating reteach
session groups where we share students. In these reteach
groups we reteach learning targets that students were
struggling with. This helps us divide the workload and
really focus on planning specific learning targets to
ensure the learning of all students. In my evidence you
will see a link which shows a picture of an excel
document we use in our drive to divide the students into

I am continuing to support families and keep them in the

loop. I create weekly newsletters, I send emails, I check
up on students who are failing or may have been
missing a lot of class.

5/1/24 I communicate with my families constantly

through email, online school, phone or text messages. I
have worked hard on building family connections this
year and have seen how family support can help the
success in the classroom.

educator. I treat students and parents with respect and listen to their needs and concerns. I also look out
