of thanks giving celebration,

“pasasalamat”. So we have
four different non-religious
festivals in the Philippines.
We have the Panagbenga

blooming Flowers Festival,
which means, "season of
blooming", is a month-long
annual celebration of a
tribute to the city's
beautifully grown flowers,
and is celebrated in the
month of February.

showcases the unique
indigenous culture through
integrating different
activities of several sectors
and fusing them into one,
creating a unique and
wonderful celebration in
ethnic fashion.
