Action Plan
When professional development is planned, often the curriculum is the main
focus, however it is imperative that we have a plan that focuses on the creation
of team building…..
● Always start PD off with a team building activity
○ Team building that challenges members to listen
○ Team building that creates problem solving
● Have monthly staff outings
○ Develops authentic relationships
● Use your team
○ Allow choice in activities by creating a sign up
