By Tangerang Government through the Department of
Agriculture plans to create fruits gardens on a number of
municipal land starting in 2013.
“ in 2013, we are going to create fruit gardens on a
number of fields owned by the government, “ said the Head
of Agriculture Department Iis Aisyah Rodiah.
 Iis added , “ this proggramme will be completed in
many stages . Next year , we will strat from Koang Jaya ,
then continue to other fields owned by the government,
such as Rawa Kucing and Kunciran, “ she said.
She explaned that this program is is expected to secure
the food supply for people , especially fruits. Fruit
which will be planted in the gardens is dependent upon
the area. Tangerang government will work with farmers
and people around the park to manage the fruits
gardens. Tangerang Government will also employ
experts to develop the gardens
